Arthur and the Fights of the Brown Turntable is the eighth episode of the ninth season.
Plot
When Spencer is not allowed to take part in a discussion at the Brown Turntable, he plans to cause an accident with some tankers, but his plans had failed. He later is done helping the diesels and wants to be a really useful engine.
